ROYAL PARK HOTEL @ UNITEN

Very close to the National Energy Center (my workplace).Comfy room, very clean. friendly staff.First morning's breakfast was great.

Staff's English was very limited. The area is in the middle of nowhere. Apart from the first day, breakfast was quite unimpressive.

Its inside thr university so it was easy to move to/from admin

A bit high or price

It's quite clean and location wise not far from my destination for work.(UPM)Breakfast served is superb.

As a senior citizens, parking is quite far from the lobby.

The locations and facilities are good.

We had a rough start. We were informed that our booking was unavailable in their system upon checking-in. Had to wait almost an hour for them to sort the problem. Been informed that the fault is from booking.com"s system but I've been using booking.com for 8 years and at many countries. The receptionist also gave different unrelated answers each time. This was the first time I've been told my booking is unavailable even though i already received confirmation email and receipt from booking.com. i tried to reach out to both hotel and booking.com. however never get the answer to the root of my problem.

Budget cost with free breakfast

Low internet speed

Friendly staff, good enviroment and delicious breakfast

Good

In the booking system, it says this hotel has indoor pool. Unfortunately there's no pool. This made me really disappointed as the main reason i book is for my kids. Please remove indoor pool in your system. This shouldn't happen at the first place.

the facilities and the friendly staff

the location - far from malls and eating establishments

Newly refurbished rooms makes it big different from the previous. Rooms are quite spacious compared to other hotels, very suitable for big family. Fantastic front desk and breakfast crew staffsThe breakfast options are quite good with the given room prices. Tasty and not bad.

The table arrangements during breakfast is bit too big. All tables are for like 8-10 pax, where the average family are 2-4 or 6 mostly.. not a biggy but awkward for family of 3 sitting at big table sitting meant for 10 pax. The bed is bit too soft for my family.. prefer it to be bit firmer.. we had good sleep but wake up with sedikit sakit pinggang.. nothing major. It's probably personal preference. TV isn't that working ? we are too tired and exhausted, too lazy to complain and request for fix or change room. So we just simply ignore it

Short stay due to event in Sri Kembangan, nice, comfortable, convenient parking & affordable prices

Swimming pool work in progress

Under new hotel mgmt, they’ve injected new carpets, comfortable lobby area, newly designed rooms more fresh & comfortable. I stayed at the room with the lake view ?.The receptionist lady name Lisa was very accomodating.

The sensor sounded so fast after opening the door. The door has gap , sometimes you can hear people walking.

Friendly staff and complete toiletries

No swiimming pool

The room is nice and comfortable

but there was issue with the shower. I had to called for maintenance. Room should be handed over to clients in perfect condition. Although the issue was settled sort of, still it leave unfavorable impression.
